The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) operates the CyberTipline in order to receive leads and tips regarding suspected crimes of sexual exploitation committed against children.

Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network
Rape Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Online Hotline that provides live and completely confidential help to victims through an instant messaging interface.
Recovery
